<p class="Help-Text">You can choose to apply the reward to the current sale or save it for a future purchase. The reward amount or percentage, expiration date, and new sale total is listed for reference.</p>
|

<p class="Help-Info-Line">To redeem a reward:</p>

||

<p class="Help-Steps">When alerted that a reward is available, select <span class="hcp2">Redeem Now</span>. To save the reward for a future sale, select <span class="hcp2">Redeem Later</span>.</p>

<p class="Help-Indent">If a customer has multiple rewards available for redemption, all available rewards are displayed. Select the reward the customer wishes to redeem before clicking <span class="hcp2">Redeem Now</span>.</p>

<p class="Help-Warning" style="margin-right: 17px;">Rewards cannot be redeemed to purchase gift cards or gift certificates, to make a payment on account, or to pay for sales tax or shipping charges. Only one reward redemption is allowed per sales receipt.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">Percentage-off rewards are applied to each qualifying sale item individually as item discounts. The <span class="hcp2">Discount</span> <span class="hcp2">Reason</span> field is prefilled with <span style="font-style: italic;">Reward Discount</span>.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">Dollar-off rewards are added as a separate line item to the receipt and act like a <a href="receipt1033.htm">global discount</a>.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">Occasionally, the combination of customer and items on a sale may qualify for more than one discount.
