<p class="Help-Text"><span class="hcp1">Physical</span> is listed in the memos <font class="hcp2">Reason</font> field and <span class="hcp1">Physical Inventory</span> in the <span style="font-weight: bold;">Source</span> field. If requiring employee logins, the currently logged-in user is listed as the <font class="hcp2">Associate</font>. If not using security, the memos <font class="hcp2">Associate</font> field is left blank.</p>
