<p class="Help-Text">You may find it helpful to break the process of conducting a physical inventory into several phases, such as taking and entering counts by a particular department, vendor, physical location, or some other logical grouping. Filtering your item list can make your job easier and save you time by organizing your data appropriately, especially if you are manually entering physical counts in a larger store.</p>

You can restrict the view to a specific department, vendor, etc. Saving your filter adds it to the filter drop-down list for future use.</p>
