One of the following card readers should be used with GoPayment on an iPhone:</p>

||

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The Mophie card reader is available at Apple Retail Stores and at <span style="color: #0000ff;">www.apple.com</span>.</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">To use this reader, follow these instructions:</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Insert your iPhone in the Mophie credit card reader and launch GoPayment.</p>

|
||
|

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Intuit offers a card reader that plugs into the audio jack.</p>
|

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">To use this reader, follow these instructions:</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Plug the device into your audio output jack. This card reader works best when you turn the volume to full.</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">In <span class="hcp6">Settings</span>, turn Audio Jack Card Reader <span class="hcp6">ON</span>.<br>

When the Audio Jack Card Reader setting is on, do not plug in another audio device (such as headphones) or a beep will sound.</p>
|

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Choose the card reader model you have. (You can match the image. Your reader will be either grey or white.)</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span class="hcp6">Memo to self</span> - Lets you enter additional information related to the transaction (e.g., an invoice number or other notes).  Only you see the memo, the customer doesn't.</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span class="hcp6">Tips</span> - Your customer can add a tip to the total amount. Turn on <span class="hcp6">Tips</span> to show the <span class="hcp6">Add Tip</span> button on the <span class="hcp6">Signature</span> page.</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span class="hcp6">Items</span> - Create and store a list of products and/or services. When <span class="hcp6">Items</span> is on, you start transactions by selecting item(s) from the list to generate the charge amount.</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span class="hcp6">Edit Items</span> - Tap this button to edit, add or delete items.</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span class="hcp6">Sales Tax</span> - If you use items, tap this button to enter the sales tax percentage that applies to some or all items. For charges that don't feature items, you must calculate the tax yourself and include it in the total amount charged. To have GoPayment automatically calculate sales tax based on your location, click in the <span class="hcp6">Location-based tax rate</span> check box.</p>

<p class="Help-Text" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span class="hcp6">Change Account</span> - If you have more than one GoPayment merchant account associated with your User ID, you can choose which account you want to use to process payments.<br>

In <span class="hcp6">Settings</span>, the current account appears within the <span class="hcp6">Change Account</span> button. (You won't see this button if you only have one merchant account.)   To switch to a different account, tap <span class="hcp6">Change Account</span> and tap the desired account.  When you view transactions in <span class="hcp6">History</span>, you will see transactions for all your accounts, not just the currently selected account.</p>
