<p class="Help-Text">It is strongly recommended that you use the Hardware Setup Wizard to configure your Point of Sale hardware. You can access the setup wizard from the File menu and from individual hardware workstation preferences pages.</p>
<p class="Help-Info-Line">To set up your Citizen CT-S300 USB receipt printer:</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Insert your Point of Sale CD into your CD-ROM drive. If the installation wizard launches, select <font class="hcp2">No</font> to cancel.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Take the power supply cord and place one end in the back of the receipt printer and the other into a power source.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">&#160;Turn the printer power on.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select <font class="hcp2">Hardware Setup Wizard</font> from the File menu in Point of Sale.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Follow the on-screen instructions to connect and setup your printer.</p>

<p class="Help-Info-Line">To review or change your printer preferences in Point of Sale:</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">From the Point of Sale File menu, select <span class="hcp3">P</span><font class="hcp2">references</font> <font style="font-family: 'Wingdings 3'; font-weight: bold;" face="Wingdings 3"></font> <font class="hcp2">Workstation</font>, and then select <font class="hcp2">Documents &amp; Printers</font> from the left-side preferences list.</p>

<p class="Help-Nested-List">Select the Citizen CT-S300 for each of the documents you want to print with this printer, e.g. Sales Receipts, X/Z-Out Reports, etc.</p>

<p class="Help-Nested-List">Select an appropriate <span class="hcp3">40-column</span> template for each of these document types.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select <font class="hcp2">P</font><font class="hcp2">rint</font> <font class="hcp2">O</font><font class="hcp2">ptions</font> from the left-side menu.</p>
