<p class="Help-Text">The Hardware Troubleshooter can help you identify and correct problems with your Point of Sale hardware.</p>
<p class="Help-Info-Line">To use the Hardware Troubleshooter:</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">From the Point of Sale Help menu, select <span style="font-weight: bold;">Hardware Troubleshooter</span>.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select the type of hardware with which you are having trouble.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Follow the on-screen prompts to narrow down the possible causes, try the suggested solutions, and then use the test option to verify the issue has been resolved.</p>
