<p class="Help-Text">The default sales document templates include the logo field at a predefined size and position. The actual logo to be used is specified in company preferences. <a href="../qbpos_basic_procedures/printing/basic_printing_logo.htm">Learn more</a></p>
<p class="Help-Text">You can use Print Designer to change the position and size of your logo on these printed documents and add your logo to other documents if desired.</p>
<p class="Help-Info-Line">To add your logo to a template:</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">If applicable, select the <a href="../qbpos_glossary_of_terms/glossarypage.htm#glossary_section">section</a> of the template to which you wish to add the logo.</p>

<p class="Help-Indent">If necessary, create more room in the section by dragging its lower separator bar downwards.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">From the tool bar, select <span class="hcp1">A</span><font class="hcp2">dd</font> <font style="font-family: 'Wingdings 3';" face="Wingdings 3"></font> <span class="hcp1">S</span><font class="hcp2">tore Logo</font> from the tool bar.</p>

<p class="Help-Indent">The logo specified in company preferences is added to the template.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps"><a href="printdesigner_moveandalign.htm">Position</a>, <a href="printdesigner_resize.htm">resize</a>, or <a href="printdesigner_properties.htm">add a border</a> to the logo as appropriate.</p>

<p class="Help-Info-Line">To add an alternate logo to a template:</p>
<p class="Help-Text">You must have specified more than one image in <a href="../qbpos_company_preferences/sysprefs04.htm">company preferences</a> to use for logos before this option is available.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">With the image selected, click the properties icon on the toolbar.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">When resizing a logo, only the horizontal sizing affects the printed logo size. Vertical sizing is automatically adjusted to maintain the aspect ratio of the logo.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">Scaling of the logo to the size specified occurs when previewing or printing. The display of the logo in the designer window is not an accurate representation of the printed image.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">We recommend you use the preview option to see how the logo will look when printed.</p>
