<p class="Help-Text">Use this procedure to save a modified template with a new name, while also keeping the original template unchanged.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select the small down-arrow adjacent to the <span class="hcp1">S</span><font class="hcp2">ave</font> button on the toolbar and then select <span class="hcp1">S</span><font class="hcp2">ave As</font>.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Enter a new name for the template.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select <span class="hcp1">OK</span>.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">If you created a new template, answer <span class="hcp1">Yes</span> when asked if you want the new template to be the default for that document type. You can also change templates at anytime in your <a href="../qbpos_basic_procedures/printing/basic292.htm">print option</a> preferences.</p>
