<p class="Help-Text">The Dashboard displays your choice of Point of Sale reports, list statistics, financial information, and even links to the Point of Sale online community or your favorite web pages. The Dashboard is highly customizable to more precisely fit your particular needs and give you an at-a-glance picture of your business. You can add, rearrange, and customize individual components, add additional pages, and drill down into report detail or launch the full version of a selected report.</p>
<p class="Help-Info-Line">To access the Dashboard:</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">From the home page (Navigator), select <span class="hcp3">Dashboard</span> from the <span class="hcp3">Reports</span> menu.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">From the Report Center, select <span class="hcp3">Go to Dashboard</span> from the <span class="hcp3">I Want To</span> menu.</p>

<p class="Help-Heading-2">Customizing the Dashboard</p>
<p class="Help-Text">The default Dashboard page includes several pre-selected reports. Use the following options to customize the currently displayed reports on the Dashboard:</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">Click or drag-and-drop report column headers or separators to sort report values, re-order, or resize columns</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">Select <span class="hcp3">Show Full Report</span> to open the report in the full report window, where you have all the normal report features available</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="Help-Bulleted">Select <span class="hcp3">Edit</span> to edit the time period and/or sorting for a report, or the address for a web page</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="Help-Bulleted">Select <span class="hcp3">Modify Report</span> to edit the report parameters and filters</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="Help-Bulleted">Select <span class="hcp3">Refresh</span> to update the report data at anytime</p>

<p class="Help-Info-Line">To further customize the Dashboard reports and add additional pages:</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select <span class="hcp3">Customize Dashboard</span> in the upper-left corner.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Use any of these options to customize for your needs:</p>

<p class="Help-Steps"><span class="hcp3">Add/Remove Reports:</span> To remove a report, select the <span class="hcp3">X</span> in its title bar. To add a report, click a category to expand it and then select <span class="hcp3">Add</span> for a specific report. See the note below about adding reports that are not available here.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps"><span class="hcp3">To add a Web page:</span> From the <span class="hcp3">Other</span> category, select <span class="hcp3">Dashboard Web Page</span>. Initially, a default Web page is added. After saving, select Edit &#160;in the page title bar to enter the Web page address you wish displayed.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps"><span class="hcp3">Rearrange Reports:</span> Click and hold in a report &#160;title bar, then drag-and-drop it &#160;into the desired column and position.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps"><span class="hcp3">Columns:</span> Add or remove columns by changing the <span class="hcp3">Number of Columns</span> counter. If you reduce the number of columns, existing reports will auto-arrange to fit the new &#160;space. Drag the column separators to make columns wider or narrower.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps"><span class="hcp3">Pages:</span> Add or remove pages by choosing <span class="hcp3">Add Another Page</span> or <span class="hcp3">Remove Page</span>. You can repeat content on multiple pages, if desired. Give each page a name to be displayed on its tab. With multiple pages added, you can drag and drop the tabs to rearrange their order.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">You can add many other reports to the Dashboard when running them in the Report Center. Run a report and then choose <span class="hcp3">Add This Report To Dashboard</span> from the report I Want To menu. Specify a name and, if you have multiple Dashboard pages, to which page the report should be added.</p>

<p class="Help-Text">The Home Page Dashboard, displayed right on the home page main window is a mini-version of your Dashboard, displaying any one of several of the most used reports and providing quick access to your own list of saved reports.</p>
