<p class="Help-Text">All activities that occur during Store Exchange are recorded in the Store Exchange log file. A separate log is maintained at each store. If an error is encountered, the first step should be to check the log entries for messages, error codes, and the mailbag file name that might help identify the problem.</p>
<p class="Help-Info-Line">To access the Store Exchange log:</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select <span class="hcp2">V</span><font class="hcp3">iew Log</font> from the Store Exchange dialog or select <font class="hcp3">View Activity Log</font> from the Stores menu.</p>

<li class="p-Help-Steps">
<p class="Help-Steps">Select a date/time from the <font class="hcp3">Available Logs:</font> drop-down list.</p>
</li>
<li class="p-Help-Steps">
<p class="Help-Steps">(Optional) Select the <span class="hcp2">S</span><font class="hcp3">how Errors Only</font> check box to remove routine entries and make identification of errors easier.</p>

<li class="p-Help-Steps">
<p class="Help-Steps">Use the <a href="store_exchange_error_codes.htm">error code table</a> to review errors and possible solutions.</p>

</ol>
<p class="Help-Text">To assist in troubleshooting, the log contents can be printed by selecting the <font class="hcp3">Print</font> button.</p>
<p class="Help-Text">With each new exchange, entries older than 30 days are purged from the log.</p>
