Add a New Department

How do I?Click to display a popup topic | Plan Your Departments | Department Overview

To add a new department:

  1. Select New Department from the Inventory menu.

Or, if your department list is already displayed, select New Department from the window toolbar.

A blank department form is opened.

  1. Enter a Department name (required).

  2. Enter any additional information in the optional department fields.

  3. Select Save or Save & New (if immediately adding another record).
