<p class="Help-Nested-List">If including all departments, you do not need to make a selection. Ensure the list filter is set to display <span class="hcp2">All Departments</span>.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">If printing, in the Print Departments dialog, select:</p>

<p class="Help-Indent"><span class="hcp2">Print all departments</span> to include all departments currently displayed in the list</p>

<p class="Help-Indent"><span class="hcp2">Print selected departments</span> to include only the departments selected</p>

<p class="Help-Indent" style="margin-left: 67px;">A preview of the department list is displayed. Select <span class="hcp2">Print</span> to finish.</p>
