<p class="Help-Text">Point of Sale and QuickBooks Desktop both have First and Last name fields for customers. QuickBooks Desktop also has a full Customer Name field, which is populated with some combination of first and last, or company names when Point of Sale sends new customer records to QuickBooks Desktop.</p>
<p class="Help-Text">(Pro) For business customers (<span style="font-weight: bold;">Track as Company</span> check box selected on customer record), Point of Sale will always send the customer's company name to the full Customer Name field in QuickBooks Desktop.</p>
<p class="Help-Text">For individual customers, use this setting to control the order of the customer name sent by Point of Sale to the Full Name field in QuickBooks Desktop.</p>
<p class="Help-Info-Line">To change the customer name order:</p>
