<p class="Help-Text">Some tasks in Point of Sale are <span style="font-style: italic;">non-tolerant</span> activities, meaning that all other workstations must exit Point of Sale before the task can be performed.</p>
|
|
<p class="Help-Text">In most cases, the User Information window is displayed automatically if you launch a non-tolerant activity and gives you a list of other workstations currently using the program or applications that must be ended. You can also access this information manually following the procedure below.</p>
|

<p class="Help-Info-Line">To view the User Information screen:</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">From the File menu, select <span class="hcp1">Utilities</span> >  <font class="hcp2">User Information</font>.</p>

<p class="Help-Indent">The workstations currently in Point of Sale are displayed. If these workstations exit, you can select <font class="hcp2">Refresh</font> to update the information.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">If you use <a href="help_IDN_apps.htm">third-party applications</a> that are integrated with Point of Sale and they are currently connected to the Point of Sale company data they must be shut down for a non-tolerant task to be completed.</p>
