However, customers and vendors are. Any data imported from QuickBooks Desktop financial software during daily exchanges should be subjected to the same review as outlined in the topics above. To avoid data discrepancies and save data review time, it is advised that you add or edit items, customers, and vendors only in Point of Sale after the two programs are sharing data.</p>
