<p class="Help-Text">A list of your employees can be printed or exported to Excel for reference. Other employee reports, such as Employee Sales in various formats are available in the reports area.</p>

<p class="Help-Text">(Pro) You also have access to Employee Commissions and Time Clock reports.  </p>

<p class="Help-Info-Line">To print or export from the Employee List:</p>

<p class="Help-Indent">If printing or exporting a group of related records, you may find it helpful to <a href="../qbpos_basic_procedures/basic262.htm">filter</a> the list first. To print or export the entire list, make sure the list filter is set to display all records.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">From the window toolbar, select <font class="hcp1">P</font><font class="hcp1">rint</font>.</p>

<p class="Help-Indent">From the I Want To menu, select <font class="hcp1">Export to Excel</font>.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Follow the on-screen instructions to print/export the selected records, displayed records, or all records.</p>

<p class="Help-Text">Printing or exporting your list as a report gives you additional flexibility in formatting and filtering.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select <font class="hcp1">Modify</font> to change report columns, filters, display options, etc</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select <font class="hcp1">OK</font>. The report is re-generated and displayed on the screen.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Select <font class="hcp1">Print</font> or <font class="hcp1">Excel</font> to output the report as desired.</p>
