<p class="Help-Text">Once a gift card has been authorized, the amount cannot be changed but you can void the sale.</p>
|
|
<p class="Help-Text">Voiding a gift card sale results in the Gift Card Service being contacted a second time and the card balance is returned to the pre-sale amount.</p>
|

<p class="Help-Text">To void the gift card sale, re-open the Gift Card payment dialog and click <span style="font-weight: bold;">Remove</span>.</p>
