<p class="Help-Text">If you add pictures to your inventory items at Headquarters, you can send those pictures to remote stores, where upon receiving them they will automatically be displayed for items. Due to the potentially large file sizes, item pictures are not included in the normal Store Exchange process; a separate and distinct procedure is required. You may want to periodically send item pictures so that additions or edits made at Headquarters are reflected at your remote stores.</p>
<p class="Help-Text">Pictures can only be sent to remote stores on removable media, such as a CD, USB flash drive, or external hard drive.</p>
<p class="Help-Info-Line">To prepare and send pictures:</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">From the Stores menu or the Store Exchange Center, select <span class="hcp1">Prepare Pictures</span>.</p>

<p class="Help-Steps">Read the information in the Prepare Pictures dialog.</p>

<p class="Help-Nested-List">If necessary, change the location or drive to which the picture file will be created by selecting <span class="hcp1">Browse</span>.</p>

<p class="Help-Text">The picture file is created in the specified location, with a filename of: QBPOS Item Pictures.qbt.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">At the remote store, select <span class="hcp1">Receive Pictures</span> from the Stores menu and browse to the removable media containing the picture file.</p>

<p class="Help-Bulleted">If you've also added new items to inventory, be sure to send your regular Store Exchange file to the remote before sending the picture file. This ensures the new items are present in the remote inventory so pictures can be assigned.</p>
